Who we are
Justin Hoffman has over 10 years of river guiding experience, and 30 years of rafting/kayaking experience. Yellowstone River Adventures was officially established in 2021, but had been a concept for a few years. Our goal is to bring an experience to those that come to journey through eastern Montana’s outdoors.

Family owned and operated
We wanted to spread our love of water and eastern Montana to others. Montana is a destination for its beauty and outdoor activities, but we are partial to the badlands and relaxed feeling of eastern Montana. We are a family owned and operated business, born and raised in eastern Montana.
The Experience
Experienced boatmen and women with local knowledge will be operating all tours. There are a variety of boating options including: kayaking, jetboating, and rafting.
All trips can be personalized for animal or bird watching, agate or petrified wood hunting, historical learning, even picnicking. Shuttling for private kayaking tours can be provided.
